Improving communication between acute and primary care

Bywood have written a paper titled Communication Between Health Professionals Across Sectors, published in the latest issue of Research Roundup, journal of the Primary Health Care Research & Information Service. The article explores the challenges and strategies for peak bodies in Australia to promote interactive communication involving timely, two-way exchange of pertinent clinical information directly between primary, acute and specialist care providers.
