• High level of enthusiasm for cooking and gardening
• Keen to be involved in food purchasing decisions
• Willing to try new foods - at least sometimes.
• Majority “limited eaters” with limited “food literacy”
• Majority showed basic or limited cooking and gardening skills and knowledge.
