The World Health Organisation has recently published Consolidated guidelines on HIV prevention, diagnosis, treatment and care for key populations. Here the authors have brought together existing guidelines related to five key population groups: men who have sex with men, people who inject drugs, people in prisons and other closed settings, sex workers and transgender people.Selected guidance and recommendations have been updated with thorough literature reviews in order to provide a comprehensive packaged of evidence-based HIV-related recommendations.
