Evidence & Policy: a Journal of Research, Debate and Practice is published by Policy Press at the University of Bristol. The publishers have decided to offer free access during May to all their issues and articles since 2005.The journal aims to provide "comprehensive and critical assessment of the relationship between research evidence and the concerns of policy makers and practitioners, as well as researchers".
